Registration Guidelines:

For Paper Presenters:

Submit your full paper in docx format using anACM Conference Proceedings Manuscript Submission Template and upload your paper or article in the Pre-Registration Form.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed, and accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Selected papers will be considered in the inclusion of the Journal of Artificial Intelligence, Computing, Information and Data Sciences (JACIDS) and Advances in Engineering and Information Sciences (AEIS) special issues.

We look forward to your participation in the 3rd International Computing & Information Sciences Conference 2024. To ensure that you have a reserved seat, we kindly suggest that you pre-register in advance for this conference as limited slots are available.

– Author/s of an academic paper that is/are accepted in the conference for either oral or poster presentation.
* Attendees (Non-Presenters/Authors)  – Participants or audience members (other than specified student category) who are not presenting research findings or scholarly works at the event will be considered professionals for the purpose of conference registration fees.

Payment Details & Policy:

  • Registration fee must be maid through the following bank account:

  • On the Depositor Name, kindly indicate the Participant’s Name. In case of group, you may put your organization name, and email the organization for the list of participants (ciscon@carsu.edu.ph).
  • Secure the deposit/payment slip and email a copy of your registration to:
    cashieroffice@carsu.edu.ph, cc: ciscon@carsu.edu.ph
  • All registration fees are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another person upon notification.
  • After completing your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details and payment receipt. Please keep this email for future reference. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of registration, please contact our registration team at ciscon@carsu.edu.ph for assistance.
  • Official Receipts will be provided during the conference dates or may be send to your respective emails upon request.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to ciscon@carsu.edu.ph by not later than May 24, 2024.
  • Cancellation requests received before the deadline may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to an administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after the deadline.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events, the conference organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the conference. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be made.
